✓You need an Adobe Sign account — Business, Enterprise, or free Developer account for testing
✓Create at least one Library Template in Adobe Sign with signature fields placed on the document
✓Add Status, Text, and Files columns to your monday board for automatic updates

1Connect your Adobe Sign account using the button above
2Configure board columns (Agreement ID, Status, Signed Document) via Board Setup
3Click Create Template (top-right button) and upload your PDF or Word document.
4Give the template a clear name — this is what appears in the list above.
5Drag Signature, Text, and Date fields onto the document pages.
6Under Template type, select Reusable document so it appears as a Library Document.
7Set Who can use this template to Anyone in my organisation (recommended) or Only me.
✓Click Save — your template will appear in the list above within a few seconds.
💡Tip: Name your template fields (e.g. CustomerName, ContractDate) — Ultimate eSign can pre-fill them automatically from your monday.com board columns in the next step.
