📌 Helpful Tips & Guide

1 Go to secure.adobesign.com and sign in to your Adobe Sign account.

2 Click Templates in the top navigation bar.

3 Click Create Template (top-right button) and upload your PDF or Word document.

4 Give the template a clear name — this is what appears in the list above.

5 Drag Signature, Text, and Date fields onto the document pages.

6 Under Template type, select Reusable document so it appears as a Library Document.

7 Set Who can use this template to Anyone in my organisation (recommended) or Only me.

✓ Click Save — your template will appear in the list above within a few seconds.

💡 Tip: Name your template fields (e.g. CustomerName, ContractDate) — Ultimate eSign can pre-fill them automatically from your monday.com board columns in the next step.

⚠️ Avoid "Prefill" fields: When adding participants to your template, do not add a Prefill / Sender role. If a Prefill role exists, Adobe Sign will always pause and require manual sender action before the signer receives an email — even when field values are pre-filled automatically by Ultimate eSign.
Best practice: Only add Participant 1 (the signer) as a participant. Assign all form fields to Participant 1 and mark data fields as Read Only.
